The Training Center offers a certified program for the New Jersey Blue Seal 2C Toxic Refrigeration License.  If you currently are monitoring or maintaining a chiller containing a non toxic refrigerant with a capacity of 250 tons or greater, you are eligible for this program.  If you are operating in an amonia plant, 24 tons or greater, you are eligible.
